Please follow these steps.
STEP 1: Check the manufacturers website to assure that the product is not covered under the manufacturers warranty. If so, follow there protocol.
BEFORE sending in your items for repair to assure we can meet your expectations.
STEP 2: There are several ways of getting an estimate on repair work or alterations:
Fill out the repair form, and email it to us, along with any pictures you may have, and applicable measurements to: teresia522@gmail.com.
We will call you and discuss the options, prior to having you ship your item.
You can ship it directly.
Make sure to provide us with the info as indicated below so we can get back to you.
We will then assess the item and call you with an estimate. Make sure you include a filled out repair form in the package. You are also welcome to just drop it by if you are in the area, and we can discuss your options in person.
STEP 3: Empty and clean any products in need of repair, per manufacturer’s instructions, prior to shipment.
Dirt and debris are very hard on our very expensive machines.
Mark areas on the item in need of repair with blue masking tape;
DO NOT use duct tape (also very hard on the machines).
We do understand if duct tape has been used in the field.
Please include all available parts, if any.
If there are small parts, please put them in a plastic bag or small box before putting them in the package.
If we receive an item that has not been emptied and/or cleaned, the item could be returned to you, at your cost, without repair.
STEP 4: The product(s) must be securely packaged in a box or wrapper.
Please insure the package, and make sure you get tracking information.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product to us and for the return shipping as well.

Once we receive your package, we will call you within 24 hours to review it with you, and provide you with an estimate of the repair work.
